Obsidian Group’s tenant representation team works with the full spectrum of commercial tenants to ensure that they find a space that is the right fit for their budget and culture, while still maintaining the flexibility required by so many businesses. We assist with the site selection, financial analysis, RFP process and lease negotiations, with the goal of making the leasing process as stress-free as possible for all of our tenants.
